  • Once purchased, you will receive a ZIP file containing your video in an M4V format.nTo access your video, follow these steps:

     

    On a Computer:

    • Click the download link provided after purchase.
    • Locate the ZIP file in your downloads folder.
    • Right-click on the file and select "Extract All" (Windows) or "Open" (Mac).
    • A new folder will appear with the video file inside. Double-click the M4V file to play.

     

    On a Smartphone or Tablet:

    • Download a file manager app if your device doesn’t automatically unzip files.
    • Click the download link and open the ZIP file in the file manager app.
    • Extract the contents and tap the M4V file to play.
