Karen Westfall is an internationally renowned aquatic fitness expert with a career spanning decades of innovation, education, and passion for water exercise. A former Aquatic Exercise Association Fitness Professional of the Year, Karen has presented workshops and instructor training sessions worldwide, earning acclaim for her ability to blend grace, precision, and science in her teaching. Her sold-out workshops at IDEA and AEA conventions have been celebrated for their engaging and insightful approach to the unique benefits of water as an exercise medium.

With a Master’s in Sports Conditioning and Performance from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor’s in Professional Dance from Brigham Young University, Karen’s background bridges the science and artistry of movement. She is dedicated to educating others about the transformative power of water fitness, from its therapeutic benefits to its effectiveness in building strength, endurance, and flexibility.
