Shipping:

If your order is placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday your order will be shipped the same day we receive it. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped out the following day. Orders received after 2:00 PM on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

Free shipping on orders over $95, (US Order's Only)

Orders for Videos, DVDs, CDs, Cassettes, and Books will be shipped via Media Mail unless Priority Mail is selected. Priority Mail is available for an additional $2.00. Media Mail prices are as follows:

1 item:	$4.50
2 items:	$6.00	(Video & CD or Cassette Package is considered 1 item)
3 items:	$7.00
4 or more items:	$7.50

Allow 3 - 9 days for Media mail.

All other items (Shoes & Equipment), will be shipped via Priority Mail. Costs are as follows:

1 item:	$9.00
2 items:	$10.00
3 items:	$11.00
4 or more items:	$12.00

Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders when sent with your order through the mail. We also accept Purchase Orders from Gyms, YMCAs, Libraries, Wellness Centers and other Facilities.

Backordered Items: All backordered items are clearly identified in the description. Backordered items will ship to you as soon as we get them at the normal shipping charge for that order (no additional charge for a second shipment).
