Return Policy and Guarantee
Anti-piracy regulations prevent us from accepting non-defective returns for videos, cassettes, and cds (as they can be copied). If you have a
special problem with a video, cassette, or cd and would like to exchange it for one that better suits your needs, please call us to resolve your
problem.
Damaged or defective videos, cassettes, CDs, will be replaced. Simply e-mail us at sales@waterworkout.com or call us at 1-800-566-2182 and
replacements will be sent immediately.
Shoes and gloves can be returned if unused for a full refund. Shoes and gloves may be exchanged for a different size. Please include a check
for $8.00 to cover postage and handling when exchanging products. Make sure to include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your name and
the item that you would like in exchange. If the item(s) cost more than the item that you are returning, please include a check for the difference.
